Please register to attend In-Person Sunday Services Monday through Saturday each week. If you're not able to register online you are still welcome to come!

In following Jesus’ example here are a few rules we are implementing in order to not be presumptuous and to love everyone well…

  1. If you are sick, immune-compromised or fall into the high risk for infection category please continue to worship from your home. We are continuing the excellent live-streaming service that we have used throughout the stay at home order for all of you who cannot or do not feel comfortable joining our in person service.

  2. Please register. According to the regulations for gatherings we are only able to hold 55 people in the auditorium and 20 people in the Community Room. This limits us to 75. Therefore we are asking everyone to register each week by Saturday evening so we know how many to expect and to plan accordingly. Here is the link to register:   https://hopevineyard.ccbchurch.com/goto/forms/222/responses/new

  3. Wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one for you at the door on Sunday. Only those who are on stage will not be required to wear a mask.

  4. Practice social distancing in the building. We have arranged the lobby, auditorium and Community Room for social distancing. Please remain in your seating area while you are in the building.

  5. The doors will open up at 9am. There will be designated entrances and exits both to the building and to the auditorium. We will seat people on a first come first serve basis filling the auditorium first and then the Community Room.

  6. Restrooms. If you need to use the restrooms, we ask that you clean the surfaces that you touch. There will be Lysol wipes provided in the restrooms.

  7. Offering. We will not be passing baskets for offering. You can continue to give through the means you have been doing through the stay at home order and there is a black box in the back of the auditorium where you can place your offerings.

  8. Communion. We will continue to celebrate communion. When you are ushered to your seat you will be given pre-packaged communion elements by the usher who will be wearing gloves.

  9. No Children’s Ministry. We ask that you keep your children with you in your seats and make sure they maintain social distancing also.

  10. No Coffee or Donuts provided. We will not be serving coffee and donuts, but feel free to bring your own coffee with you.

  11. No bulletins. We will not be handing out any bulletins. Upcoming activities will be sent via our e-newsletter and will be on our website.

Thank you in advance for loving each other by complying with these guidelines!
