Hope Vineyard stands within historic, orthodox Christian teaching and affirms the Apostle’s, Nicene, and Chalcedonian Creeds. We are orthodox, evangelical, and empowered evangelicals. Our beliefs are rooted in Jesus Christ, the gospel, and the teaching of the Bible.

Every house is built upon a foundation. Our values shape what Hope Vineyard feels like, how we build relationships, and how we live out what we believe.
BIBLICAL TRUTH AND EMPOWERING GRACE
We are people of the Bible, through which the Father reveals himself to us. We hold Scripture as truth and seek to apply it to our lives while recognizing that we need God’s empowering grace to understand it and live as Jesus lived.
WELCOMING COMMUNITY AND ACCOUNTABLE RELATIONSHIPS
Jesus demonstrated belonging before believing. We welcome seekers and believers at every stage of their journey while recognizing that spiritual growth also requires accountability. We believe accountability is most effective within relationships where people can speak the truth in love.
MERCY AND JUSTICE
We follow Jesus by showing kindness and meeting the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of others. We also work toward justice by challenging the circumstances that keep people in need and helping build communities where people can experience freedom and well-being.
NATURALLY SUPERNATURAL
We believe the Holy Spirit continues to heal, restore, guide, and provide. We look for opportunities to experience God’s work in everyday life without hype, manipulation, or creating an artificial atmosphere.

Jesus lived alongside his disciples and invited them to follow his example. We believe discipleship happens through everyday relationships as we learn from one another through knowledge, experience, and life together.
