Our Staff and Leadership

We believe God places the potential to lead within each of us and calls people to serve in ways that reflect their gifts and character. Leadership grows through listening to God, responding faithfully, and receiving encouragement and support from others.

At Hope Vineyard, leadership takes many forms. Whether someone is serving children, caring for neighbors, supporting Sunday gatherings, or leading a ministry, every act of faithful service helps strengthen our church and community.

Francois De Koker

Lead Pastor
 

Francois De Koker has served as Lead Pastor of Hope Vineyard since 2026. Originally from South Africa, he is passionate about helping people grow closer to Jesus, build authentic community, and discover how God can work through their lives.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY DIRECTOR &
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Amanda serves Hope Vineyard’s children and families while also supporting the church’s administrative needs. She helps create a welcoming environment where children can learn, grow in faith, and experience the love of Jesus.

Worship Pastor

Frank serves Hope Vineyard by leading worship and helping create space for people to encounter God together. His ministry reflects a longstanding love for worship, authentic community, and the local church.
