Our Mission Focus
Hope Vineyard’s international mission focus is West Africa, with a primary emphasis on the Vineyard Mali Partnership. Through this partnership, we support locally led work that encourages disciples to make disciples, churches to multiply, and communities to experience the good news of Jesus through both words and compassionate action.
We believe effective missions are built through lasting relationships, humble partnership, prayer, and the leadership of people who understand their own communities. Our desire is to support work that is locally rooted, spiritually faithful, and able to continue growing across generations.
THE VINEYARD MALI PARTNERSHIP
The Vineyard Mali Partnership connects churches and ministry leaders in support of disciple making work in Mali and the surrounding region. Its efforts focus on encouraging local leaders, strengthening disciple making churches, and engaging people and communities with limited access to the message of Jesus.
Hope Vineyard participates in this broader partnership as part of our commitment to seeing the love and Kingdom of God shared across cultures.
DISCIPLE MAKING MOVEMENTS
Disciple Making Movements focus on equipping ordinary followers of Jesus to help others become disciples who can then make disciples themselves. As this continues, new communities of faith can form and multiply through relationships, obedience to Scripture, prayer, and dependence on the Holy Spirit.
This approach emphasizes multiplication rather than relying entirely on outside leaders or programs. The goal is to see locally led communities grow in a way that can continue across families, neighborhoods, and future generations.
ROBERT STOVALL
Robert Stovall is a member of Hope Vineyard’s Board of Directors and serves as the North America Regional Director for New Generations. He has more than 30 years of pastoral ministry experience and has served as an associate pastor, church planter, area pastor, coach, and mission partnership leader.
Robert helps guide pastors, church planters, and missionaries while supporting Disciple Making Movement efforts. He has also been involved with mission partnerships in Mali and helps connect Hope Vineyard with this broader work.
